Tender Processing
Objective: Analyze public tender documents to identify mandatory requirements that proposals must comply with.
Required Inputs:
- Azure Blob Container: Select the container where tender documents are stored
- Tender Folder: Select the specific folder with documents
Automatic Processing:
- Agent A1: Automatically analyzes tender documents
- Extracts legal and technical requirements
- Identifies mandatory documents for the proposal
Generated Output:
- Structured list of document requirements
- Classification (mandatory/optional/conditional)
- Applicable legal basis (CCP articles)
- Fields for subsequent mapping

Proposal Setup
Objective: Associate proposal documents with requirements identified in Step 1.
Required Inputs:
- Azure Blob Container: Select the container with proposal documents
- Proposal Folder: Select the folder with the bidding company's documents
- Manual Mapping: Associate each requirement with a specific file
Mapping Interface:
For each tender requirement, the user must:
- Select File: Dropdown with all available files in the proposal folder
- Confirm Status: Verify if it's mandatory/optional/conditional
- Add Observations: Specific notes about the document
